Meet & Greets will be invoiced & payable in advance of your visit, full owner name, address & email are required at time of booking your meet & greet, in addition to your dogs name.

Boarding Bookings are not secured until we are in receipt of the fully completed booking & consent forms.

Invoices for boarding bookings will be sent via email on receipt of your completed booking & consent forms with a payable by date.

Cancellations over 3 weeks of the arrival date will be refunded in full, cancellations less than 3 weeks of the arrival date will be refunded at only 50% of the original booking fee, however if your cancelled dates can be fulfilled by another client booking then the remaining 50% will be refunded.

Additional Information:

• Drop off and pick up times should be between 8am-10am or 3pm-5pm unless by other agreement with Burnside Home Boarding Ltd.
• There will be no charge for a late pick up that has prior agreement with Burnside Home Boarding Ltd and falls within the same day of original agreed pick up.
• There is a £10 charge for pick ups outside 8am-10am or 3pm-5pm where no prior agreement is made with Burnside Home Boarding Ltd.

• Should a pick up not take place on the agreed date, then additional full day charges will apply should Burnside Home Boarding Ltd be able to accommodate the additional stay days. Should new arrivals be due and Burnside Home Boarding Ltd be unable to assist any additional stay days, then the owners emergency contact will be responsible for collecting your dog from Burnside Cottage and taking ownership until the owners return. Additional charges for overdue pick ups may apply if no agreement is in place and falls into the next day.
