We’re excited to offer a new optional add-on for our boarding dogs: access to a highly enriched and secure dog field, located approximately 14 miles/18 minutes from us. This service is available for an additional £15 and we are happy to schedule this for during their stay with us.

While all dogs in our care are given regular walks and exercise tailored to their needs, this option may be ideal for dogs that are usually kept on-lead and would benefit from the freedom to run safely in a secure space beyond our own gardens.

Please advise us before your booked stays if you require this.

Thank you so much for choosing Burnside Home Boarding Ltd to care for your beloved dog(s) throughout 2024 and continuing throughout 2025. It's been our absolute pleasure to provide a safe, loving home away from home for your dog family member(s).

To continue delivering and providing the highest level of personalised care and attention to your pup(s), we’ll be making a small adjustment to our daily boarding rates starting 1st January 2026:

£40.00 per day for 1 dog (previously £35)

£50.00 per day for 2 dogs from the same household (previously £45.00)

This adjustment helps us keep up with the rising costs —particularly electricity, which is essential for the deep cleaning and treatments of soft furnishings, throws, carpets, and shared areas to maintain a high standard of hygiene and maintain a parasite-free environment. It also supports ongoing dog maintenance and repairs to our home and gardens to ensure a safe and secure setting for all our dog guests, alongside continuing to invest and support enrichment activities to keep your dog(s) happy.

Amendment to Terms & Conditions – Minimum Stay Requirement

Effective from 1st January 2026

Burnside Home Boarding Ltd will implement a minimum stay requirement during peak summer months.

Peak Periods:

June July August

Minimum Stay Policy:

During the above months, we will only accept bookings of 7 consecutive days or more. Bookings for fewer than 7 days during this period will no longer be accepted.

This change ensures we can maintain fair access to availability during our busiest summer holiday months.

Existing bookings for 2026 less than 7 days will be honoured.
